Mr Yung is responsible for overall project management and co-ordination of a range of projects at different stages.  He has extensive experience in handling a broad range of projects ranging from government, institutional and infrastructural projects to private commercial projects. Mr Yung is particularly conscious of the importance of satisfying the needs of the client and users, the timely approvals from statutory bodies as well as the execution of the works within the constraints of time and budget.

He places great emphasis on the efficient and innovative input from the different professional disciplines of the consultant team in the design phase and quality control during site construction phase, in order to achieve a high standard of design and workmanship in the final works.  A good team spirit and vision in both the project team and the construction team will be needed to accomplish this aim.
